the position


You will be working side by side with the contracting administration team and the finance shared services team performing all temporary payroll solution responsibilities with the main focus on processing work pass applications for contractors.



You will act as point of contact for all temporary payroll contractors facilitating all documentation, processes and workflow for submission of the work pass application process and be the liaison between consultants and finance shared services.


Key deliverables

  • liaise with contractors to collate all information and documentation pertaining to submission of work pass
  • be the point of contact with finance shared services for work pass applications and submissions
  • work with clients to ensure the correct information for submissions and subsequent appeal processes
  • be the point of contact to ensure all work pass issuance is completed for successful cases before contract deployment begins
  • work with consultants to process e contracts for clients and candidates for temporary/contracting assignments
  • create database information to correspond and record contract assignments
  • liaise with timesheets collection and management
  • resolve outstanding issues prior to payroll on leave and expense claims, overtime and salary payment
  • generate reports, maintain records and update information on work assignments

skills & requirements

  • A confident, friendly and adaptable individual who has the ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in work pass applications, CEI or exposure to recruitment agencies would be advantageous
