You will work closely with team leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and implement digital, marketing and lead generation campaigns, in support of the business objectives and growth strategy. You will also be expected to monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of key marketing campaigns, and provide advice to the business leaders on how they can leverage such insights to improve their business processes and ROI. This role sits within the Marketing and Communications team.

about the job

  • Develop marketing automation best practice by leveraging existing content to move clients through the sales funnel and generate qualified sales leads for the business
  • Deploy lead generation strategies across different touchpoints (web, social media, emails, events, live chat etc) and work with sales to qualify and follow up on all leads
  • Deploy and manage lead qualification campaigns for teams using our tech platform
  • Develop and maintain both qualitative and quantitative marketing analytics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing spend
  • Deploy and manage SEA/SEM projects through the appointed vendor(s) to achieve key campaign and business objectives
  • Oversee and manage all web, social and digital projects, and create/promote up-to-date content on all digital and social media platforms
  • Work closely with the SEA Public Relations & communications specialist and other key marketing stakeholders on developing the content marketing strategy and implementing it across all digital, social and offline channels
  • Pursue partnership opportunities to drive brand awareness and generate new leads
  • Manage candidate sourcing channels (job boards) for the business, as well as develop strong relationships with strategic partners (industry associations, chambers of commerce, tertiary schools, vendors etc.)
  • Drive the development and updating of sales and marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, capability statements, leaderboards, campaign flyers, social cards, event branding materials, sales decks, promo items etc through working with in-house or freelance designers
  • Responsible for internal communications
  • Support Marketing Manager in marketing induction for new joiners and marketing interns
  • Provide marketing support for local, regional and global initiatives where necessary

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Strong digital marketing skills with experience in CMS, marketing automation tool, SEA/SEM, social media and demand generation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in leading marketing projects, events, and campaigns
  • Ability to engage and persuade multiple stakeholders, across all levels
