about the job

In this regional role you will support the attraction, search and selection of our own internal Randstad hires across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of HR SEA your role will be to work closely with Operational Managers to create talent pipelines and communities, support and drive employer branding initiatives, ensure compliance with recruitment processes, drive university recruitment campaigns and generally improve the speed and quality of hiring in the region.

skills and experience required

This is a fast paced role and as the only TA in the region it requires someone with a proactive self starter attitude. The ideal candidate will bring with them:

  • both agency recruitment and inhouse Talent Acquisition experience
  • strong sourcing skills
  • business partnering & stakeholder management skills
  • prior experience in Employer Branding initiatives
  • strong communication skills
