the position

You will be working side by side with the contracting administration team and the finance shared services team, performing all temporary contractual administration duties.

You will from time to time, act as point of contact for all temporary payroll contractors facilitating any enquiries they may have with their contractual, salary payment, timesheets, onboarding and offboarding matters.

main accountabilities

  • Work closely with the the contracting administration team/ consultants to create and process employee contracts for client and candidate for temporary/ contracting assignments
  • Create database information to correspond and record contract assignments in Randstad internal database system and uploading of all necessary onboarding documents.
  • Assist with the generation of HR related letters and/ or documentation required for work pass /visa / embassy related matters for temporary payroll contractors
  • Assist as required with all administration and data entry duties pertaining to contracting administration.
  • Assist to collate all information and documentation pertaining to submission of work pass
  • Timely escalation of contractual related requests, issues or complaints to the contracting manager where appropriate.
  • Attend weekly link-ups and communications meetings as required.
  • Carrying out any such other duties as may reasonably be required by the company from time to time.
