about the job

• Talent mapping within the professional services and technology services industry by building search strings according to the role requirement, and upkeep of relevant candidate database
• Manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates to assess suitability of their experience and culture fit
• Assist in organising interviews and preparing candidate for client interview
• Negotiation of salary packages and address any concern during the recruitment process, ensure candidates smooth onboarding including performing reference check
• Research and read up on banking related news and information to keep abreast of industry insights, including people movement

This role will offer you an opportunity to develop your commercial acumen as well as relationship management skills. You will be required to cold call, build rapport and relationship with clients and candidates and at the same time gain knowledge of the professional services and tech industry.
