how you’ll contribute

As a 2nd largest HR recruiting agency and world's largest HR organization, Randstad often participates in the conducting research and studies to support both private, public and govt institutions. This study will be on manpower policy and in 13 global cities and their impact on specific industry sectors and job functions.



about the job

  • You will research the various government institutions and published information on the relevant and recent manpower policies across the 13 global cities identified.
  • You will compile and present comparative findings to stack rank them across manpower policies in Singapore
  • You will speak with identified contacts to conduct qualitative research through interviews to gather perspectives and opinions from employers on their experiences and issues with the manpower policies in the respective markets.
  • You will look for specific trends, patterns and insights to present and report on how specific policies relate and compare to singapore in its robustness, practice and differentials.



skills and experience required

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a related field (public policy, statistics, economics, or related disciplines)
  • Demonstrate interest in some aspect of labour, manpower policy and migratory trends
  • Demonstrate skills in statistics, and possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibit prior research experience-including experience working with similar data sets and research projects
  • Have proven report writing skills and experience
  • Demonstrate strong skills in conducting qualitative research through interviews and surveys
  • Prioritize workload and work both independently and as part of a team
