about the job

We are looking for a dynamic, perennially curious, self-motivated and data centric individual to drive Business Intelligence endeavors for the Opco and Key Accounts Sales Business. Our explosive growth provides a fast paced work environment requiring thought leadership, agility and creative ways of managing enterprise data for a business charging towards $72M in gross revenue by 2020. We are looking for a candidate to nurture, execute and deploy BI projects to direct our sales efforts, investments in head count and desks, track progress against clients and our sales acquisition strategy, predict and prescribe targeted opportunities.

The role entails collaborative engagements with various Lines of Business and their division heads, consultants, singapore client solutions, global client solutions to look for opportunities to increase share of wallet with warm buying clients and to drive insights for a tailored and structured approach for repeat engagement.

Main accountabilities

  • To work with various business functions to create a functional reporting and analysis process that will allow accurate reporting of cross-divisional sales
  • Identify the number of lines of business that are currently pursuing opportunities for increase in share of wallet and identify key target contacts to leverage further on
  • Identify key senior contacts across warm clients and work together with Client Solutions / consultants to establish a working relationship with them
  • Track and report the wallet share of each line of business across all invoicing clients
  • Develop business insights by working closely with the leaders in each division to study, monitor and report on sales activity and trends in each industry/function to provide accurate and timely data to drive sales efforts
  • Use available information to identify leads with high cross-division sales potential
  • Potentially interact with warm clients where there are opportunities for cross divisional selling
  • Identify new clients based on information / market and industry news that have high potenti

skills and experience required

  • A minimum 5 years of incremental Business Intelligence experience preferably working with Sales, business insights or data driven environments.
  • Process driven and structured
  • Detail oriented
  • High level proficiency in excel and macros
