about the job

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing Insurance Team, within Banking & Financial Services. With established client base and strategic relationship build over the years, our Insurance team has experienced continued success within the market and is looking once again to further expand.

You will perform end to end recruitment from business development, market map to candidate management for the key roles within your specialization in the Life and General Insurance business:

  • Responsible for re-sourcing insurance talents and matching them to suitable roles
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients while continuous development of new business
  • Utilise headhunting, networking and cold calling to build your candidate & client database.
  • Analyse client requirements & offer recruitment advice and solution .
  • Intense & dynamic performance based sales environment.


skills and experience required

  • At least 4 years experience recruiting in the agency environment preferably within Financial Services
  • Track record of success in overachieving targets
  • Highly driven and strong work ethic
  • University degree qualified
