about the job

This a newly created position as a Senior Consultant to recruit for legal & Compliance positions at a middle to senior management level in Singapore. Currently we have a team recruiting for legal secretaries and paralegal that are successful and have good relationship with clients so your role as 360 degree consultant will be leverage those warm relationship and support our clients to recruit legal counsel, senior legal counsel and General Counsel positions. As part of the role you will need to reach out to passive job seekers to build a talent pipeline of legal professionals and manage the end to end recruitment process.

The development plan for the position would be initially a single contributor role with the chance to grow at team and move into a leadership role for the right person.

about the manager/team
Reporting into the Director of the HR & Business Support team this would be a new team

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 3+ years experience in legal recruitment with a good network in legal and a strong track record of exceeding targets. Self motivate with the ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and HR you will be able to work autonomously with a long term goal to grow a team and move into a leadership position.
