about the job - talent acquisition advisor

In your role, you’ll be working closely with the managing director and the wider Singapore management team to provide recruitment activities. You will provide advice around talent attraction strategies to ensure that we have the right people in place to achieve our goals. Building Talent Communities to ensure better quality and efficiency in our hiring. Executing and ensuring recruitment is undertaken is in line with our internal processes. Promoting our Employee Value Proposition “Human Forward’ internally and externally to fit with the talent management plan.

The Key Accountabilities include:

recruitment that supports a high performance organisation

  • Find and attract talent for Randstad aligned to our competency profiles in order to develop ready talent communities and reduce time to fill.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates through a regular contact cycle, including past, current and future talents and alumni.
  • Actively uphold and drive Randstad best practice quality recruitment process
  • Control candidates through the process to ensure talent acquisition is best in class.


  • Ensure the efficient and professional management of the offer process.
  • Work closely with the HRSS team and HRBP to ensure all appropriate offer documentation is completed and returned in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a smooth first day/ week experience, working closely with wider HR/LD team to provide new starters with a positive first experience.

  • Building relationships with the various stakeholders across the business
  • Providing sound advice around recruitment and sourcing, challenging the status quo where needed
  • Coaching on recruitment process and interviewing techniques
  • Understand the impact of Talent Acquisition initiatives and process on the business

skills and experience required

  • University degree/diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in a fast paced environment
  • strong commitment to customer service and business partnering
  • Process oriented and strong organisational skills.
  • Commercially- and digitally-savvy
