To get you started, a Randstad consultant will set up access and you will receive an email inviting you to create a password. Once you’ve successfully created a password, you can start accessing the portal via this link: my.randstad.com.sg.

Login with your email address and password that you created to access your account to get started. If you need any assistance and you can’t find the answers in this FAQ, you can reach out to your Randstad consultant.

Please make sure that you use the correct email address when logging in to the myRandstad portal. Reach out to the Randstad Contracting Admin Team for support.

If you forget your password or need to update it, you can do so from the login screen of the portal via my.randstad.com.sg.

Click on the “forgot password” button and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Submitting time sheets is an important part of our process. It ensures your work hours are aligned with the employment contract obligations and to calculate accurate payroll processing to make sure that you are paid correctly and on time.

You can submit or revise time sheets via the myRandstad portal: my.randstad.com.sg.

You can access the portal from your desktop and laptop, as well as via the ‘my Randstad’ mobile app that is available for download from Google Play and Apple App stores.

Once your time sheet is submitted and approved, you will receive an automated email notification. Information about how to fill in your time sheets will be shared with you once you start your assignment.

Some of our clients have a preference for contractors to use their systems instead of the Randstad portal. If you are requested to use another portal, your Randstad consultant will make sure to get all the instructions and training you need to get you started.

You can submit your expense claim via the myRandstad portal: my.randstad.com.sg.

The expenses tab in the Randstad e-timesheet system must be completed with the relevant receipts attached to the claim. Expense claim reimbursements are made at the same time as your monthly or weekly pay.

If the expenses are received after the deadline for time sheet submission, then they will be paid in the following month. Claims made without a valid attachment will not be approved and reimbursed until one is provided.

For all expense claims in foreign currency (non-SGD), you will need to complete an expense claims form and provide the value in foreign currency, the foreign exchange rate(s) and the SGD-equivalent value. This expense claims form must be endorsed by the Client and submitted to the Randstad Contracting Admin Team with your corresponding timesheets for processing.

All expenses must be approved by the Client prior to incurring the cost.

Yes, you are allowed and encouraged to take paid annual leave as outlined in your employment contract. All unpaid leave applications will require written approval from our Client and the Randstad consultant before application.

If you are entitled to annual leave as outlined in your employment contract, your request should be agreed between yourself, your Randstad consultant and the Client prior to the formal application.

All leave applications must be submitted on the Leave Module in the my Randstad portal.

If you need to apply for sick leave, please notify your line/reporting manager as early as possible, ideally before you are due to start work on the day that is intended as sick leave. If that is not practicable, you must notify your manager as soon as possible after that time.

A medical leave request must be submitted and approved in the Leave Module (click on the ‘leave’ in the my Randstad portal). Please attach a digital copy of the medical certificate before submitting.

If you have a Singaporean citizenship (Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents) and have served National Service before, you may be required to serve In-Camp Training (ICT) or Reservist periodically as mandated by the local authorities.

Once you receive an ICT or reservist-call-up, please notify your Randstad consultant or the Randstad Contracting Admin Team immediately. You’ll need to notify the dates of your ICT or reservist and forward a copy of the necessary documents for payrolling and our internal records.

To avoid any potential delays in payment, please forward a copy of the necessary document (SAF100) as soon as possible for our submission to SPF or MINDEF.

All citizens and permanent residents in Singapore are required to contribute part of the gross salary to the Central Provident Fund. The contribution rates are based on the gross salary and employee’s age. Visit www.cpf.gov.sg for more information.

Work Pass holders will come under the CPF scheme if they become permanent residents or citizens of Singapore. This takes effect from the day they’re granted permanent local residency.

Your pay rate will be given by your Randstad consultant prior to the beginning of each assignment.

You can access your past and current payslips on the myRandstad online portal.

If your salary does not look accurate to you or if you are unable to find a payslip on the portal, you may contact your Randstad consultant or the Randstad Contracting Admin Team for support.

Yes, you will need to let your Randstad consultant or Randstad Contracting Admin Team know of any changes to your residential address, telephone number or bank account details to ensure that you can continue to receive your pay and payslips. Please include your full name, contact phone number and details of the updates in the email so that a Randstad employee can get in touch with you for further confirmation.

If you are not a permanent resident or citizen of Singapore, it is mandatory to inform the Ministry of Manpower of your new residential address as soon as possible.
