about the job

This is a 6 months contract opportunity for a temporary maternity leave cover based in the central business district, offering a monthly salary of up to S$5000 with an immediate commencement timeline.

• Oversee and optimize the daily operations, property maintenance, and administrative workflows of a corporate facility.

• Provide leadership, operational guidance, and regular performance evaluations to the workplace solutions support team.

• Manage third-party contractor relationships, evaluate service quotes, and supervise external vendor invoicing processes.

• Supervise health and safety protocols alongside quality control inspections to ensure total regulatory adherence.

• Act as the primary escalation contact for tenant inquiries while driving capital expenditure reporting and budget reviews.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelors Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
