- Support the origination and execution of project finance and infrastructure financing deals, focusing on the data centre sector.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with regional clients, banking partners, and financial advisors to expand business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify emerging trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, perform due diligence, and prepare comprehensive credit proposals for internal approval.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across regional branches and global office teams to drive seamless deal execution and transaction monitoring.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Banking, or a related field.
- 3+ years of prior experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, portfolio management, project finance and/or infrastructure financing
- Exposure to or strong interest in the data centre sector, paired with robust credit analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-border teams and manage diverse internal stakeholders.
