We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an established business transformation and project management team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution teams to support the end-to-end delivery of strategic banking initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Facilitating requirement-gathering sessions to translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and feature sets for development teams.
Partnering closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, IT Leads, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure seamless project execution.
Driving business process analysis, workflow design, and process re-engineering across functional teams.
Overseeing change management initiatives, clear stakeholder communications, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Supporting business case development, project planning, and tracking deliverable milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Managing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and resolving project risks or delays through proactive escalation

skills and experience required:

Business Analyst role within the banking or financial services sector (e.g., Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management).
Functional domain expertise in client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) workflows, document management, or CRM systems.
Familiarity with modern project lifecycles, Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process re-engineering capabilities.
Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels, including senior leadership and technical leads.
