• Formulate and execute regional operational resilience strategies to meet primary regulatory standards and internal governance expectations.
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert during supervisory engagements, regulatory inspections, and internal audit reviews.
• Establish robust regional oversight structures to drive consistent governance across localized entities and corporate leadership.
• Direct region-wide crisis management protocols, business impact assessments, and continuous testing programmes.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior executives and cross-functional teams to foster a strong culture of operational resilience.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in business continuity management or operational resilience within financial services.
• In-depth expertise in primary financial regulations and supervisory expectations across key APAC markets.
• Proven track record of independently designing crisis management structures, testing programs, and regional governance models.
• Strong executive presence with demonstrated capability in influencing senior leadership without direct authority.
