about the job
Lead the regional Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Information Security Risk Governance strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is responsible for ensuring operational resilience, crisis preparedness, and regulatory compliance while safeguarding the bank's information assets.
- Resilience & BCM Strategy: Formulate, maintain, and execute regional BCM, BCP, and crisis management frameworks aligned with regional regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, HKMA, NFRA) and ISO 22301 standards.
- Impact & Risk Assessments: Lead periodic Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Technology Risk Assessments (TRAs), and Third-Party Risk Reviews across regional branches to identify operational and cyber risks.
- Testing & Crisis Exercises: Coordinate scenario-based BCP exercises, IT Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, and incident response activations, ensuring post-test action items and audit findings are fully remediated.
- InfoSec & Policy Governance: Review business requirements, architecture addendums, and branch controls to ensure alignment with internal information security policies, baseline standards, and local privacy/cyber laws.
- Risk Monitoring & Audit Management: Oversee regional security compliance metrics (such as patching, vulnerability tracking, and RCSA items) and act as the key liaison for internal and regulatory security/BCM audits across APAC branches.
- Culture & Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare executive dashboards and drive security and resilience awareness programs to build a risk-aware culture across cross-functional regional teams.

skills and experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, ideally within regional financial institutions
- Strong background in conducting BIAs, DR test execution, technology risk assessments, and incident coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align regional business leaders, Group IT, and local branch teams
