Our client is a Singapore-based private markets platform backed by major sovereign wealth funds and global banks, managing billions across global infrastructure while actively scaling a newly launched MAS-regulated asset management arm.

• Lead and scale the end-to-end target operating model, governance, and operational readiness for the asset management platform.
• Drive business planning, budgeting, expense management, resource planning, and high-level Board/regulatory reporting.
• Own the New Product Approval (NPA) process, coordinating cross-functional sign-offs (Risk, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Tech) for new funds, SMAs, and strategies.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators, custodians, investor onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and client servicing protocols.
• Maintain MAS CMS licensing compliance, drive operational resilience, manage incident/breach logs, and lead audit engagements
