... - Lead and scale the end-to-end target operating model, governance, and operational readiness for the asset management platform.
- Drive business planning, budgeting, expense management, resource planning, and high-level Board/regulatory reporting.
- Own the New Product Approval (NPA) process, coordinating cross-functional sign-offs (Risk, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Tech) for new funds, SMAs, and strategies.
- Oversee third-party fund administrators, custodians, investor onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and client servicing protocols.
- Maintain MAS CMS licensing compliance, drive operational resilience, manage incident/breach logs, and lead audit engagements
about the manager/team
Reporting directly to the Group COO while working closely with the Asset Management CEO, you’ll sit at the heart of a lean leadership team, connecting daily operations across risk, legal, finance, and tech.
skills and experience required
- 15+ years in asset management, private credit, or broader private markets, including senior operations, COO, or business management roles.
- Deep familiarity with MAS CMS Licensing requirements, legal fund structures, tax considerations, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on expertise in investment operations, fund administration, custodian oversight, and operating technology implementations.
- Proven capabilities in financial forecasting, budget control, controllership, and C-suite/Board level communications.
- Practical, hands-on leader who combines strategic vision with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and take operational ownership.
