Join a highly collaborative account management team to drive seamless client lifecycle processes for the wealth management division.
- Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle management process including account opening, periodic reviews, and account closures.
- Perform rigorous due diligence and verify client information to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Partner closely with front-office representatives and compliance teams to facilitate efficient onboarding and resolve escalated issues.
- Document and evaluate background screening results while assisting with comprehensive client profiling assessments and related inquiries.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and generate management reports to enhance operational control frameworks.
skills and experience required.
- Proven track record in the banking or financial services sector, specifically within risk, controls, or client onboarding functions.
- Strong familiarity with wealth management operations and prevailing regulatory requirements related to financial crime compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with various internal departments.
- Analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Industry qualification in FCC / AML is highly advantageous.
