As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Creative Designer, who will serve as the visual architect of our brand ideology in transforming analytical insights and abstract business concepts into compelling visual narratives.

About the role
- Translate business strategies, data-driven insights, and conceptual ideologies into visuals that communicate instantly and effectively.
- Lead the development of brand identity systems including logos, colour frameworks, typography, layout grids, and scalable design structures.
- Create commercially viable templates and assets (ads, decks, web modules) that maintain consistency across digital and print ecosystems.
- Present design rationale confidently to senior stakeholders, ensuring decisions are grounded in strategy rather than subjective preference.
- Uphold brand standards across the organisation and educate non-design teams on the commercial value of consistency.
- Oversee the production pipeline with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to global brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines while maintaining senior-level creative quality.
Skills and experience required
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B brand design within agencies or multi-brand organisations.
- Ability to interpret business objectives and stakeholder priorities before initiating design work
