Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap creation, and delivery of core data and AI solutions
Partner with functional leaders and business executives to translate high-level commercial objectives into actionable technical product features and backlogs.
Manage resource allocation and collaborate directly with engineering, analytics, and Data teams to execute sprints, unblock delivery, and resolve system outages.
Establish product governance, data management frameworks, and post-deployment tracking metrics to evaluate user adoption and overall return on investment.
Champion change management across the enterprise by delivering user training and driving the integration of machine learning workflows into daily business routines.

skills and experience required.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of product management or technical delivery experience centered around AI, data engineering, business intelligence, or advanced analytics.
Prior exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments is a strong plus
Strong technical background
