Step into a critical leadership role as Operations Deputy Lead in Treasury Operations, MEPS and Liquidity Management, acting as the primary deputy to the team lead while serving as the internal subject matter expert for regional liquidity administration and real-time electronic clearing systems.
- Oversee daily clearing, testing, and operational administration for real-time electronic gross settlement systems MEPS
- Manage intraday cash flows, funding positions, and payment optimization strategies across diverse Asian currencies.
- Deliver operational leadership and escalation support for complex treasury product processing, including foreign exchange, money markets, and derivatives.
- Supervise regulatory compliance, risk mitigation frameworks, and business continuity protocols according to central bank guidelines.
- Lead continuous improvement, system upgrade testing, and automation initiatives across the processing ecosystem.
skills and experience required.
- At least 7-10 years of seasoned expertise within corporate banking operations
- Proven operational mastery of real-time electronic gross settlement infrastructures MEPS, and cash and liquidity management frameworks.
- Practical familiarity with processing foreign exchange, fixed income, money market, or derivative instruments.
- Experience with regional currency clearing mechanisms is advantageous
