Drive complex loan administration and middle-office operations, steering both local and offshore teams to ensure operational resilience and key transaction delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of bilateral, syndicated, and private credit financing structures.
- Lead and mentor multi-tiered operations teams, maintaining high service delivery standards and strong team accountability.
- Validate complex multi-party calculations, fee structures, interest allocations, and asset transfers.
- Enhance operational risk frameworks, maker-checker governance, and audit readiness across all business activities.
- Spearhead continuous process improvements, system migration testing, and automated operational initiatives.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 in corporate loan servicing, trade settlements, or private credit middle-office management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with established experience managing operational professionals.
- Deep knowledge of credit documentation standards, debt financing instruments, and settlement systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate stakeholder relationships effectively.
