About the Job
- Design and optimize production-level firmware for advanced wireless hardware.
- Develop OpenWrt system services and packages (UCI, procd, ubus).
- Integrate board support packages, drivers, and device tree configurations.
- Debug system-level issues to ensure peak equipment performance.
- Build automated tests and manage CI/CD validation processes.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on OpenWrt development experience, 10 years of experience developing embedded Linux systems
- Advanced proficiency in C and Linux userland environments.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenWrt or Yocto frameworks.
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (IP routing, protocols).
- Skilled with debugging tools (gdb, strace, tcpdump) and scripting (Bash, Python).
