Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management System, Risk Management framework, HSE Plan, and Environmental Control Programme across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with applicable WSH and environmental legislation, ISO standards, authority requirements, client specifications, and corporate HSE policies.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, safety walks, and environmental assessments to identify unsafe conditions, workplace hazards, and environmental non-compliances.
- Assess and control risks relating to work activities, equipment, machinery, vehicles, dust, noise, water discharge, waste, vector control, drainage, and housekeeping.
- Recommend, implement, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) arising from inspections, audits, incidents, near misses, and environmental findings.
- Manage HSE requirements across multiple project sites and perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.
- Assess and control risks relating to work activities, equipment, machinery, vehicles, dust, noise, water discharge, waste, vector control, drainage, and housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Safety / Environmental or other related discipline.
- Environmental Health Safety (EHS) related experience in the construction space espcially in HDB/Building projects
- Relevant certification such as Safety Officer / Fire manager etc
- Can commence immediately or with short notice period
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
- Comfotable with 5.5 work week, alternate saturday (annual leave 18 days)
