This is a key, commercially centric role offering high visibility and the opportunity to make a tangible, strategic impact by leading the development, strengthening, and oversight of the organization's corporate compliance, regulatory governance, and data protection frameworks.. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and executive stakeholders on all regulatory and governance matters advising on areas including but limited to anti-bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, third-party due diligence and sanctions and monitoring legislative developments across operating jurisdictions. Additionally, you will drive enterprise-wide data privacy governance in alignment with personal data protection laws, oversee privacy impact assessments, manage personal data breach responses, and design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs.
skills and experience required.
You possess a recognized degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, supported by at least 10 years of experience in corporate compliance or governance roles.. You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and personal data protection laws, alongside a proven track record of implementing scalable compliance frameworks. With strong analytical capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills, you are adept at interpreting complex regulatory requirements and effectively partnering with cross-functional leadership and regulatory authorities.
