In this role, you will elevate operational productivity and deliver comprehensive administrative support to a dynamic team of investment professionals.
- Manage complex calendar schedules and coordinate high-volume logistics for senior team members.
- Oversee end-to-end meeting organization, from strategic preparation to seamless execution.
- Handle sensitive corporate data and confidential documentation with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate international travel itineraries and manage full expense reimbursement workflows via corporate systems.
- Spearhead special ad-hoc projects and adjust workflows fluidly to meet changing business priorities.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should come with a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry, ideally in private equity or investment sectors. You should also possess strong communication, attention to detail, professional and discreet demeanor. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Concur is required. A positive attitude, independence, and a collaborative team spirit are key to thriving in this dynamic position.
