- Critical Utilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of cleanroom HVAC, Water-for-Injection (WFI), compressed air, and emergency power systems.
- GMP & Audit Readiness: Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain strict GMP compliance. Handle facility-related deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and represent the facility during regulatory health audits.
- Vendor Operations: Direct outsourced engineering teams and specialist contractors, ensuring strict adherence to cleanroom environmental controls, safety standards, and SLAs.
- Plant Optimisation: Manage scheduled plant shutdowns, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and oversee preventive maintenance cycles.
- Strategic Plant Optimisation: Lead continuous improvement projects, coordinate scheduled plant shutdowns, and drive energy efficiency initiatives without compromising compliance or safety.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/engineering technology.
- Minimum 5-8 years of Facilities Management experience within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environment, with hands-on expertise supporting laboratories, cleanrooms, and critical utilities.
- Proven experience managing facilities within a GMP-regulated environment.
