Our client is a leading firm in the design and construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager.

Facility & System Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, documentation, and preventative maintenance for key building systems (HVAC/ACMV, utilities).
Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee contractor performance (SLAs/KPIs), process quotes, and optimize consumable stock.
Incident & Team Leadership: Guide the on-site FM team through daily tasks and lead emergency responses to equipment breakdowns.
Client Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact, delivering weekly/monthly status, risk, and improvement reports to the client.
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably candidates with facility management experience, ideally within laboratory/ life science/ pharmaceutical or cleanroom-related environments.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and building maintenance planning.
