Reporting to the CEO, you will act as a commercially driven strategic business partner, spearheading the organization's finance function by delivering forward-looking financial planning and analysis to shape corporate direction and drive strategic decision-making. Working intimately with operational and department leaders, you will evaluate financial performance, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and connect operational drivers to financial outcomes to maximize profitability and optimize cost management. Beyond leading rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, you will play a central role in guiding finance workstreams for high-impact corporate initiatives, including business development, M&As, and global partnerships. While maintaining oversight of group reporting to the parent company, robust governance, and risk management, your primary focus will be inspiring a high-performing finance team and championing continuous improvement to support the business's scalable, commercial growth.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- Relevant experience, which includes holding similar roles within corporate environments.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to clearly connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Sharp decision-making capabilities, high ethical standards, and a strong mindset oriented toward governance.
- A track record of motivating finance personnel and fostering collaboration among diverse, cross-functional groups.
- Highly persuasive communicator adept at building relationships and guiding strategic conversations with C-suite executives and Board members
