Partner with key operational teams to deliver high-impact financial analysis, standard costing management, and strategic business decision support across supply chain functions.
- Manage routine cost updates, variance reviews, standard cost roll requests, and actual inventory valuation calculations.
- Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and journal preparation.
- Monitor expenditure commitments, cost-saving initiatives, and financial risks across operational units.
- Drive digital transformation by leveraging AI tools, advanced data science, and automation to streamline financial planning processes.
- Lead cross-functional global finance projects and collaborate with key business units to optimize operational scale and efficiency.
skills and experience required.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational FP&A environments.
- Practical expertise in standard costing, inventory management, variance analysis, and operational business partnering.
- Proven track record in process automation, business system implementations, and collaborative stakeholder management.
