We are seeking talented fragrance development professionals across multiple seniority levels, from Fragrance Evaluators and Fragrance Development Managers (FDM / CFM) up to Associate Directors. Title, scope, and strategic responsibilities will be tailored to your level of experience.

Depending on your seniority level, your key responsibilities will include:

Olfactory Evaluation & Brief Execution (Evaluator / FDM Level):

• Manage and execute cross-category fragrance evaluation across Personal Care (Personal Wash/Hair Care), Fine Fragrance, and Fabric Care.
• Partner closely with Perfumers, R&D, and Marketing to select, re-work, and match winning olfactive submissions for SEA client briefs.
• Analyze olfactive performance, stability, and market alignment to deliver high-performing scent solutions.

Strategic Leadership & Category Management (CFM / Associate Director Level):

• Drive the strategic olfactive vision and regional evaluation roadmap for key regional accounts across the SEA market.
• Lead high-stakes proactive pitches, client defenses, and innovation pipelines to secure commercial wins.
• Translate consumer insights and market dynamics into forward-looking fragrance strategy and new olfactive territories.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific/creative field.
• Direct experience in fragrance evaluation or development within a recognized F&F house.
• Strong familiarity with Personal Care (Personal Wash/Hair Care), Fine Fragrance, or Fabric Care.
• Deep understanding of olfactive trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics across Southeast Asia/Asia region.
• Flexible Experience Bands:
  • Evaluator / FDM Level: 3–7 years of hands-on fragrance evaluation and brief management experience.
  • CFM / Associate Director Level: 8–15+ years of experience with proven client-facing strategy, high-stakes pitching, or team management background.
