Strategic Business Planning & Market Analysis
- Lead comprehensive business planning for pharmaceutical products, including conducting product analysis, evaluating performance, forecasting P/L, and overseeing successful product launches.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies (both short- and long-term) that align seamlessly with overall organizational objectives.
- Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and threats, converting these insights into actionable business strategies.
- Evaluate competitive products' strengths and weaknesses, developing comparative metrics and statistics to inform high-level strategic decisions.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns across a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, ensuring strict consistency with brand positioning and market needs.
- Measure the effectiveness of promotional and advertising campaigns, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Relations
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including sales, medical, and regulatory departments—to ensure total alignment of marketing strategies and sales plans with company goals.
- Attend and lead strategic meetings regarding sales plans for the product portfolio, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve agreed-upon marketing objectives.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and new customers, identifying growth opportunities within key territories to aggressively drive sales.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key stakeholders in Singapore, professionally representing corporate interests in all business dealings.
Financial Management & Team Leadership
