As the Head of Financial Lines Broking, you will be the ultimate driving force behind the growth and profitability of the financial lines portfolio. This is strictly a rainmaker role, we are seeking a highly commercial, sales-driven leader rather than an account farmer. You will be responsible for hunting new business, aggressively expanding the firm's market footprint, and securing high-value corporate accounts across D&O, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, and Crime. In addition to driving your own substantial revenue targets, you will provide strategic direction for the division, forge high-level relationships with key underwriting partners, and elevate the brand’s market positioning.

You will report directly to regional executive leadership and inherit a dedicated team of financial lines brokers. Your mandate will be to lead from the front, inspiring and mentoring this team to elevate their own business development capabilities. - A proven, undeniable track record as a top-producing "rainmaker" within the Financial Lines insurance broking sector.
- Deep technical expertise across D&O, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Crime insurance.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing broking team.
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills with an extensive rolodex of corporate clients and specialized underwriters.
- A highly aggressive, commercial mindset focused on new business acquisition and strategic market expansion.
