In this leadership position, you will provide high-level strategic counsel to the executive management team regarding complex regional transactions, including project development, acquisitions, commercial contracts, and power and utilities across ASEAN. Your mandate includes building the internal legal department from inception, establishing standardised frameworks, and implementing robust contract management systems. Additionally, you will oversee all regulatory and corporate compliance to ensure adherence to internal policies and local laws across all operating jurisdictions.
skills and experience required.
You are a qualified legal professional with at least 12 years of PQE and a comprehensive background in managing the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects. You possess significant transactional expertise within ASEAN markets and are highly skilled at navigating various regulatory environments. A strong commercial mindset and a demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership to enable business objectives are essential for success in this role.
