As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Head of Performance / Head of User Growth to lead global paid acquisition and drive scalable, high‑quality user growth.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role owns the company’s global paid acquisition performance.
- You will lead strategy, execution and optimisation across all major channels, ensuring profitable user growth and strong long‑term trader value.
- Develop the end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Build a scalable multi‑market growth framework aligned with product, compliance, and commercial goals.
- Define channel mix, budget allocation, and ROI targets across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead quarterly and annual growth planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation, remarketing, and personalised lifecycle journeys.
- Own performance reporting, insights, and executive‑level narrative on growth performance.
- Partner with Product, Brand, CRM, Compliance, Engineering, and Regional Marketing to align growth initiatives.
Skills and experience required
- Min 8 years of performance marketing, user acquisition or digital growth experience.
- Strong exposure to fintech, trading, payments, digital banking or other high‑LTV industries.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms and affiliate networks.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in attribution, funnel optimisation and ROI‑driven decision‑making.
