Drive the strategic roadmap and modernization of a massive, highly trusted legacy digital platform while simultaneously building an interactive, community-driven social product from zero-to-one
Define and execute the product vision for AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., advanced search, personalization, summarization, and workflow automation), including the establishment of quality and risk governance frameworks
Oversee and mentor a robust, multidisciplinary technology and product organization comprising engineering, project management, QA, and UX/UI design

skills and requirements

Min 8 years of experience.
Masterful understanding of end-to-end product lifecycles, agile methodologies, user-centered design principles, and digital growth marketing strategies
Track record of setting direction for product team
Experience building 0 to 1 product/platform. Add new features for enhancement
