About the job

Your role involves:

• Architect and drive the target-state cybersecurity roadmap across global enterprise IT networks, automated production lines, and industrial ecosystems.
• Establish robust network zoning, industrial DMZs, and micro-segmentation strategies structured around multi-tier industrial reference architectures.
• Lead threat modeling, attack surface reduction, and cyber resilience initiatives against ransomware, unauthorized process disruption, and supply-chain compromises.
• Define technical security baselines across hybrid cloud environments, container orchestration, hypervisors, server infrastructure, and enterprise databases.
• Formulate device lifecycle governance, public key infrastructure (PKI), and secure onboarding frameworks for industrial IoT (IIoT) sensors and edge devices.
• Serve as the principal technical escalation authority for critical security incidents and design pragmatic compensating controls for legacy operational hardware.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have:

• Extensive background as a technical authority leading operational security architecture across distributed plant and corporate environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA and etc .
