Manage and expand an existing B2B customer base, proactively identifying new client opportunities among industrial end-users to meet sales and revenue targets
Lead the preparation of quotations, tender supporting documents, and active commercial negotiations
Take full ownership of your accounts' health, including credit reviews, invoice follow-ups, and managing payment collections/bank guarantees
Collaborate closely with terminal operations and support units to recommend and execute seamless logistics solutions for key accounts
Monitor and provide timely feedback on market trends, competitive shifts, and pricing environments
Ensure HSE compliance across all customer sites, conducting site audits whenever required

skills and experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Proven track record in the downstream oil and gas sector (specifically diesel, lubricants, or fuel) or the petrochemical/chemical space
A unique blend of high-energy sales drive and grounded operational discipline. You are as comfortable pitching to a C-suite client as you are handling critical administrative contract workflows
Exceptional relationship-building capability, sharp negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and P&L dynamics
