Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a IT Service Manager to join their team.
About the job
Your responsibility includes:
- Oversee the availability, stability, and lifecycle management of key corporate platforms
- Manage and mentor IT Vendors for application support and delivery teams, Serve as the strategic bridge between operational stakeholders and IT vendors , while managing external SaaS providers and system integrators regarding SLAs and licensing.
- Evaluate and streamline the Application ecosystem, partnering with leadership to direct future application investments, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- Process Transformation: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across plants and business entities, driving standardisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Service Management / ITSM. Proven track record in being the point of escalation for business in critical incident events is required for this role. Exposure to Application platform such as ETRM or billing application will be of added advantage.
