- Work alongside lab managers, medical technologists, and hospital IT teams to translate complex clinical testing steps into smooth software setups.
- Diagnose software glitches, handle network or cybersecurity inquiries, and coordinate root-cause fixes before software releases go live.
- Run user training sessions for healthcare professionals and offer real-time go-live support on the lab floor.
- Perform routine software maintenance checks and track technical requests in our system to keep client operations running smoothly.

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical Science, Medtech, or a related discipline.
Practical familiarity with lab operations (e.g., specimen handling, haematology, or biochemistry workflows).
Basic understanding of how LIS, lab middleware, or hospital electronic medical record systems process data.
Comfortable with Windows operating systems, basic database concepts, networking basics, and IT security standards
