This is a high-visibility leadership position responsible for advising executive leadership on critical commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters.
This role will provide advisory on a broad range of matters and lead regulatory compliance, licensing applications across international jurisdictions while managing risk exposure. You will structure cross-border corporate activities, governance protocols, and growth initiatives while managing external legal partners. You will draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and vendor contracts. You will oversee intellectual property frameworks, data privacy compliance, and dispute resolution across all operational entities. Additionally, you will establish scalable legal templates, conduct internal training, and mentor junior legal team members.
skills and experience required.
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE and experience in the technology, gaming and media or related industries. You demonstrate strong expertise in technology agreements, multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and intellectual property. You bring proven success in negotiating commercial contracts and advising executive stakeholders within dynamic, fast-paced environments. You exhibit an analytical mindset, sound commercial acumen, and the capability to lead group-level legal frameworks independently.
