They are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their established legal team to manage commercial contracts with a focus on hospitality management and real estate agreements across their regional operations.

This is a key operational role providing legal guidance for hotel management, real estate agreements and supporting general corporate affairs. You will draft and negotiate complex hotel management, franchise, and commercial real estate agreements while advising business stakeholders on commercial risks and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will assist with corporate transactions, joint ventures, and internal process improvements to support sustainable business growth.
skills and experience required.
You must possess a law degree from a reputable university with admission to practice in a common law jurisdiction with at least 5 PQE and experience in negotiating hospitality-related commercial contracts. You possess a solution-oriented mindset, able to prioritise and demonstrate strong contract negotiation and analytical capabilities to balance legal risk with business goals and are backed by clear communication skills necessary to partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
