This is a commercial legal position offering high visibility and the opportunity to advise on complex regional operations and technology transactions. You will draft, review and advise on a wide range of technology infrastructure related and other commercial agreements. You will also advise on intellectual property matters, participate in mergers and acquisitions and advise on disputes as they arise.
skills and experience required.
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification legal experience with experience in negotiating high-value and complex commercial contracts. Experience in the technology or infrastructure industry or with mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property matters will be advantageous. You are a collaborative professional who excels at solving problems creatively and communicating complex legal matters clearly. You demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, build consensus with executive stakeholders, and adapt effectively within dynamic cross-border business environments.
