about the job

System Support & Governance: Act as the primary escalation point for enterprise system errors, managing operational troubleshooting and ensuring smooth month-end inventory reconciliations.
Process Enhancement & Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline manual reporting using data queries, and implement standardised inventory locator structures.
Inventory & Audit Management: Support regular stock audit exercises, govern inventory movement tracking, and ensure data integrity across regional operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and global operations teams to drive continuous improvement projects, while mentoring junior operational staff.
