This high-impact role offers complete oversight of compliance governance frameworks, empowering you to shape regulatory standards and advise business stakeholders across multi-channel operations.
- Evaluate and approve public-facing marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and product communication materials to maintain strict alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Interpret newly issued MAS circulars, regulatory updates, and local guidelines to perform gap analyses and drive organizational compliance readiness.
- Oversee distribution governance processes, including advisory dispute reviews, Balanced Scorecard appeal frameworks, and sales conduct monitoring.
- Administer compliance monitoring programs, conflict of interest declarations, and periodic testing procedures to proactively mitigate regulatory exposure.
- Manage audit interactions, coordinate regulatory submissions, and track management action plans through to successful resolution.
About the manager/team
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will join an established team offering direct visibility to executive management and cross-functional business partners.
Skills and experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks, life insurance distribution guidelines, and local compliance standards.
- Proven experience in compliance governance, marketing collateral clearance, regulatory circular assessment, or distribution conduct reviews within financial services.
- Degree in any relevant field, with familiarity in digital tools or automated compliance platforms considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical acumen with an agile mindset to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes and complex operational workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders and leadership teams.
