Full P&L & Strategy: Lead financial targets, control overheads, manage weekly revenue forecasts, and drive annual budgeting for the land transport division.
Operations & Fleet Optimisation: Direct daily domestic and cross-border haulage (FTL/LTL), vendor contracts, and customs brokerage while resolving critical operational disputes.
Commercial Growth: Partner with sales teams to build transport blueprints, respond to complex RFQs, and expand revenue streams with new and existing clients.
Team Leadership & Excellence: Lead and mentor the local road network team, enforcing statutory compliance, ISO procedures, and service delivery standards.

skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain) with at least 5 years of managerial experience in land transport operations.
In-depth expertise in Singapore–Malaysia cross-border trucking, customs clearance processes, and contract hauler vendor management.
Proven track record in P&L management, commercial negotiations, and customer-facing solution presentations.
