about the job
Customer & Distributor Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional distributor accounts, ensuring parts availability, high customer satisfaction, and strong business performance.
Proactively communicate updates regarding inventory, shipment statuses, and operational issues while effectively managing customer expectations.
Travel regionally (approx. once a month) to cultivate distributor relationships, conduct business reviews, and better understand local market requirements.
Supply Chain & Operations
Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and order fulfillment teams to guarantee timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.
Monitor customer ordering behaviors, inventory trends, and fulfillment metrics to identify opportunities that improve sales and supply chain efficiency.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and elevate service standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage SAP and Microsoft Excel to analyze sales, inventory, and operational data, driving informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to support regional management discussions and business reviews.

skills and experience required
Experience: At least 2 years in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales operations, or commercial support.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills: Highly analytical with excellent communication and cross-border stakeholder management abilities. You should be a customer-focused, proactive problem solver.
Mobility: Comfortable traveling across the region approximately once a month.
