An established global banking and finance team is seeking an experienced legal specialist to support high-value cross-border financial transactions.

• Assist with the preparation, review, and drafting of financing documentation, corporate authorisations, and closing deliverables.
• Manage statutory filings and registration requirements with international governing bodies and registries.
• Coordinate conditions precedent, closing checklists, and post-completion transaction bibles.
• Liaise directly with corporate clients, external legal counsel, and key stakeholders across various jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and assist with maintaining practice precedents and knowledge management systems.

skills and experience required.

• Relevant experience as a paralegal or legal executive within a banking, corporate finance, or related commercial legal practice.
• Professional English communication skills; business proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with regional Mandarin-speaking clients and external parties.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and standard office software applications.
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple transaction deadlines efficiently.
