Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex, production-ready applications, backed by strong commercial or personal projects.
Backend Stack Depth: Deep expertise working with modern backend technologies, database design, and integrations (e.g., AWS, MongoDB, Stripe, GitHub ecosystem).
Abstract Problem Solving: Exceptional skill in solving abstract programming challenges, debugging complex codebases, and optimizing system limits.
Engineering Communication: Strong ability to talk, reason, and collaborate about complex technical architectures and code designs with other engineers.
Proactive Execution: Highly self-directed professional who takes the initiative to challenge engineering conventions and drive product iterations without waiting for explicit instructions.
