- Plan and conduct onboarding, technical training, and continuous learning sessions.
- Ensure all workforce competencies meet strict manufacturing and regulatory quality standards.
- Foster a skilled and efficient team through structured coaching and assessments
knowledge and skills
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Can commence immediate or within short notice period
- Min 5 years of work experience in a medtech / plastics injection molding environment
- Knowledge of quality systems
